This piece was inspired by some of the recent news about Blade Runner II. I wanted to do a key frame or concept still that could be used in the film. I kept it dark and added some Iconic Blade Runner elements like the lights in the background and the screen. Also tried to keep a bit of that rainy look on the walls and in the lighting. It was all painted in Photoshop cs 6, no 3D or photography used in the image.
Also check out the making of video! [link] Thanks!
This is a very interesting, realistic, and amazing piece. I didn't expect myself to randomly look on dA and see such a magnificent work of art. Your sense of perspective is wonderful, and your lifelike features really catch the human essence. It's like you just took a camera, and took a picture of an actual monk. The technique used was perfect. I can't see a single shaping mistake, and there is no unrealistic object here. The background's blur has a good way to have the people who are looking at it only focus on that one point. The eyes have a good shine, but maybe it could have a flash that is a bit more stretched.
In conclusion, this is a great and realistic design. Well done.
what the hell? it is unrealistic to cool .. I feel the emotions in his eyes. And the atmosphere is going to share, and how do you draw the tissue just shine)
In conclusion, this is a great and realistic design. Well done.
