Bread crumbsI understand;
Every word is crystal clear.
But here I still rest.
As the voice encompasses my head,
It is a python,
An anaconda.
It stresses the meanings
It pushes against my own knowledge.
It chokes off what I've lead myself to believe.
And as the presence of the voice fades,
As I let myself melt,
Running through the floorboards and cracks,
Everything complicates itself in the whirlwind of my mind.
Thoughts collide,
Ideas are broken,
My beliefs are made invalid.
Nothing is clear,
It's a cluster fuck of mental bricks and brainwashing cement sloppily thrown together,

Here is my Scared Stiff entry "Bump in the Night" I wanted to do a type of creature that looks as though it may have been human at one point. The scene where this guy hangs out is up in the attic, creeping around and hiding behind the beams. All painted in Photoshop with some texture brushes used on the skin and wood beam. Thanks!

Hey thanks! Yeah it says on the front of the contest page that a framed print of the winner will be given to Guillermo del Toro so i figured it needs to be high res. And if you want the judges to really get a feel for the piece the more detail they can see the better!
